The Chancery of Arms

Armorial achievement of the Chancery of Arms: vair, a cross gules, supported by two dolphins, with the motto Venti et mare obediunt ei.

The Chancery of Arms of the West Indies serves the nations of the Caribbean region, providing expert guidance on official ceremonial matters, diplomatic protocol, heraldry, family history, and vexillology.

Through our partnership, the Blue Dolphin Society helps ensure the Chancery has the resources required to support the Caribbean nations, serve the public, and develop and maintain authoritative archives and records for future generations.
